These terms cover your use of MobDojo at mobdojo.com. By using MobDojo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use MobDojo

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Usernames must not impersonate anyone, include someone else's personal information, or be offensive. We may change or remove usernames that break these rules.

Play fair

Points, badges, the leaderboard and certificates only mean something if they're earned. Don't use scripts or bots, share accounts, exploit bugs, or otherwise get around how progress is recorded. If we find cheating, we may reset progress, remove certificates, or suspend the account.

Using what you learn responsibly

MobDojo teaches how phones and their security work, for education. Only test security techniques on devices, accounts and networks you own or have clear permission to test. Lessons are not legal, security or professional advice.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep lessons accurate, and we check facts against reliable sources. Technology changes and mistakes happen, so we can't guarantee every detail is complete or current. If you spot a mistake, use Report on the lesson and we'll look at it.

Certificates

A MobDojo certificate shows that you finished every module in a MobDojo track. It is not an academic degree or an accredited professional certification. We may revoke a certificate that was obtained by breaking these terms.

Paid plans

Some content requires MobDojo Pro. Pro is not on sale yet. When it is, prices, billing periods and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy, and payments will be handled by a payment processor.

Our content

Lessons, labs, questions, designs and the MobDojo name belong to MobDojo. You may use them for your own learning. Don't copy, republish or sell them without permission.

Ending your use

You can stop using MobDojo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service.

Disclaimers

MobDojo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, MobDojo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or from applying what you learn.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
